I think in a way, I'm thinking also of the possibility of this
place being a sort of free trade zone, some sort of controlled area
when people coming in will just be monitored in terms of trade and
economic benefits.
Maybe Papist might even do away with the notion of being a
government, they might just formally declare themselves to be a
corporate entity, no more elections, no more vote buyings, no more
citizens headache for them.
The existing local citizens will have to change their ways and
send their young to obtain another citizenships, and the old
existing ones will continue to receive their citizens basic cares
till they die off. Those that do not obtain dual
citizenships will be of a disadvantage at their own
perils.
The rich will benefit more, the poor will just disappear,
ammenities like healthcare, will be market rates, subsidies only
for their own corporate men, with their own personal army and
police. An economy zone which can trade across the world,
without the notion of human rights issues or sovereignty
issues.
