What if Singapore is a federal state like Malaysia?

Rooney9 SG

I am wondering if the whole political scene here is unlike now, if Singapore got federal states like Malaysia. Maybe can name them as, Singa, SingTelpore, Temasek, with Temasek as the capital state of Singapore.

Penang not so bad as areas like JB wor...

Penang is much better right now, but it's being boycotted by the federal govt cos they voted DAP/PKR into power.

Penang could have turned out to be another Singapore Story, but no, they got sucked into Malaysia.

Fryderyk HPH SG

I'd rather SG go the way of the Swiss...

Even under BN control, Penang was ruled by Chinese. Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon of Gerakan was their Chief Minister before DAP under Lim Guan Eng wiped the slate clean.

watson374 SG

Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon wasn't very good.
