NKF scandal questions?

Hi guys. I am writing a paper about corruption. And i heard there some NKF scandal recently, i cannot find straits times articles online about the issue, most of it is from Wikipedia or opposition bloggers who do not cite sources.

So i was wondering if you guys had links to actual reliable sources on the NKF scandal thing? and i was wondering, perhaps they are harder to find now because election is coming up and your government doesn't wanna be associated with that scandal thing? So i am not sure.

Queries: What happened to the whistle-blowers who ratted on KK Durai and got sued for it? Did they get released or get their defamation "fine" money back?

Query: Where is KK Durai now?

Having worked in a charity organisation before, I'm not surprised that the scandal took place. The lack of internal controls and management over-ride can be mind boogling! LOL!

Nope - me and my ex-workmates left the organization totally disappointed with the mentality of the higher-ups. Many of us came with a passion to serve but in the end were left disillusioned.

I must clarify:

i) I never worked for NKF;

ii) what I mentioned is the "lack of internal controls and management over-ride can be mind boogling"; which may lead to potential fraud.

Lastly, you have no right to call us cowards because you do not know the numerous times we stood against my ex bosses (in the face of threats) in order to do the "right thing".

if you think coming election limit your source of info, then wait till election is over then write lah. But i think our garbmen got more problems to worry for the election then the old scandal like NKF

If I understand it correctly, there were no significant whistle blowers......it was done by the work of some journalists from Straits Times.......I dont think there were any whistle blowers from inside NKF.......
