How can they say he no longer a threat? Did the reporter misquote the malaysian police press statement or what. If he's not planning for revenge, why escape? Should have just finish his rehab then get on with his life in peace.

Mr Milo SG

Al Qaeda will keep pestering him

kengkia SG

dun think it's possible with the detention without trial ISD...they can lock him until LHL reaches LKY's current age also no problem.

Mr Milo SG

MAS SELAMAT IS OUR MOST WANTED AND ELIGIBLE BACHELOR …ladies…wat r u waiting for?

I thought he was dead, and the escape to cover it up.

I thought he was allowed to escape, to lead the ISD to the rest of the JI.

In the end he did really break out of prison.

All prisoners, think of breaking out, one time or another.

Some after a while accept their fate, some persist in their plans.

I think Mas Selamat belong to the persist category.

That's why the Malaysians hand him over to Singapore.

Now Singapore have to jaga him, and feed and house him, FOC.

And WKS keeping his fingers crossed.

kengkia SG

Actually good for Mas Selamat also. Free food, free lodgings, don't need to work , just sit in cell who day and sleep, don't have to worry about FTs stealing jobs from him.He will be getting treatment befitting of a king later on.

He dun have to worry about being torture by ISD people, cos that's for 'political detainees'.

mancha SG

Unlimited medical and hospitalisation benefit.

And if cannot sleep well, the bed uncomfortable, can complain.

Just_do_it_lah SG

Lock him inside here.... probably with a k9... should be safe...

charlize SG

I can still remember the classic "MS is either in Singapore or outside Singapore".

charlize SG

At least now we know for sure he is *IN* Singapore.

Though MS was not successful in his terror act, touch wood, he did make our home affair and security a fool in the international arena.

LHL said, MS was not part of the land swap deal, did someone asked him that question or did he feels self guilty concious about the deal...could be..
