I live in Bukit Panjang. Frankly speaking, I like Teo Ho Pin but i dun like the party he is in! How!!! SO HARD TO VOTE!!!

Wait for the electoral boundaries report to come out first. Who knows Bt Panjang maybe become GRC?

I think only way for opposition to win is to wait for PAP to make a big big mistake until it loses alot of support. That time opposition can win alot of seats in parliament maybe overthrow PAP.

Correct, there is no guarantee about what the future will holds for Singapore.

But at the present, it is clear that Singaporeans will be better off staying with the ruling party PAP.

And the current generation of the opposition parties ARE NOT MORE CAPABLE than the rulung party.

If you really need to have a political revolution, then you must make sure that you have the BEST candidates for you to vote for.

Making do with whatever trashes you can find in the opposition parties and trying to console yourselves that they should be good enough, JUST ISN'T GOING TO BE REALLY GOOD ENOUGH!!

Just don't risk the peace, stability of my Singapore.

How to get good enough candidate? You need exposure to learn ma. I ask you, how can you be a good teacher if you don't get the chance to be a teacher? How can you be a good football player if you always sit on the bench.

That is why must let SDP win so that they can train and have more experience people. If they don't win, then they don't have chance to learn how to help us. Help them to help us. Understand.

hey don't forget the government is financing this fella to bride you to vote for him. Irrespective whether you are in opposition or PAP lands, it is the ruling government responsibility to provide these amenities to you.

i think SDP would be foolish to use the fajar wet market as their main political leverage in the next elections.

I find that SDP's election strategy is quite salah frequency. Once CSJ chased after GCT, jumped onto a bench and shouted into a loudspeaker, "Where is the money??!!"

Then in the past decade, they would always talk about freedom of speech and do things like one man, two men protest. I think sgporeans are more concerned about their rice bowls.

So now they finally decided to talk about rice bowls...but if they were to think that the fajar case is crucial, then it's so wrong. Look at the good and hard work Teo Ho Pin and his team has done for the residents. It's not a fluke that he won 70 plus % the last time.

Quite a pity for a man like CSJ who is well educated. He speaks well too.

Agree... That was the time when SDP first contested in Bukit Panjang. He would have won quite a lot of votes if he had not shouted at GCT.... He seems reliable until he started shouting.... People want a reliable opposition, not one that goes around shouting and screaming....

Fajar Wet Market nobody really cares.... cos its quite a small market. And there were also rumours saying Sheng Siong will relocate from its current Ten Mile Junction premises to the Fajar Wet Market.... as the lease on TMJ expires this year.

Most Bukit Panjang residents travel to the Bangkit Market to shop.... MP Teo has recently asked SMRT to extend Service 922 to the Bangkit Market from Fajar Wet Market.... just that the frequency of the bus is 25 mins... not a very good one... but one LRT stop away from the Fajar Wet Market....

If they want to attack.. they should attack on high influx of foreigners resulting in loss of jobs... the transport crunch.... and squeeze on MRT / bus and HDB prices...

He did that at the last election? I think the shouting incident happened at either the 1997 or 2001 election afterwhich he was sued.
