Consider more open competition for those positions....

Those things will improve the organizational structure and the quality.......

It prevents the monopoly of power in the hand of small group of people.....prevent stasis.....prevent "small kingdom" phenomenon.....

And I also have told you why it is good.

I think the good part overweight the bad part by more than 10x.

There is no reason why after 2 terms or so, people cannot find other talented / capable leaders.

Such term limit is good because it institutionalize a clear pattern of regeneration.

According to your logic, since someone is so "talented" they can continue on, and on, and on, and wear ever-changing tags, such as MM, M&M, or Super MM.
