350k for a 4 room is the average market price for a 4 room, but
you need to measure the sq feet type.
to what i know some newer 5 rooms are same size as a old HDB 4A
types built in the 80s but the price makes a huge difference of
maybe 20k to estimated 100k, depending on the area which it
is located.
why not try to compare the flat size to qeenstown ?? for what i
know, it's the most expensive area atm therefore the
comparasion can tell a lot.
