It is not just the government's job to keep the drainage
clear.
It is the responsibilty of the contractor performing the
construction nearby to ensure the drain is not clogged.
The resident should be vigilent to feedback (not complain) to
the authority when they found that their drain is seriously
clogged.
If the resident dun care about the environment, no one will.
The severe flooding also raised the possiblity of mosquito
bleeding.
This is a case of citizen being ignorant and complacent about
their living environment.
