It is not unusual for me to have sleep troubles from time to
time. But, if I feel that I do not get enough sleep or satisfying
sleep, I may have insomnia, a sleep disorder. Which one or the
other leads to one or more of the following:
difficulty falling asleep; (which explain why, I'm
awake till the wee hours of the morning)
waking up often during the night and having
trouble going back to sleep; (which is why I'm posting)
waking up too early in the morning; (Once in
awhile)
unrefreshing sleep. (Why sometimes I will stone
for awhile)
I think Insomnia can cause problems during the day, such as
sleepiness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and irritability.
Thats also leads to accidents prone, mood disorder, anger
management control...etc
I believe is not defined by the number of hours I sleep every
night. The amount of sleep a person needs varies. While most people
need between 7 and 8 hours of sleep a night, some of us like myself
do well with less, and some need more.
Why...why...why....maybe time to shut down my brain!!!
