If we ever want to transcend the current political and economic
stratification, social divide etc, there is a need to see beyond
the irrelevant ideologies of "democracy", "socialism", "communism",
whatever "ism" that is prevalent in the political discourse.
There has to be a focus on what really matters, human survival
and the environmental stewardship. And under the current paradigm
where we ignore the above and focus solely on monetary profit,
while trapped in a political and social paradigm that stresses
competition, hierarchy and domination, there will never be human
progress towards taking care of ourselves and our planet.
And that is what The Venus Project
offers. While different countries operate under a different social
context, the underlying mechanism of our societies remain
fundamentally the same, and it is only be recognising and
addressing the fundamental flaw can we ever hope to solve the
problems of corruption, crime, poverty and war.
