State Funeral on Sunday at Conference Hall

Arapahoe SG

Public may pay their last respect to Dr Goh at Parlament House. Where his body will lie in state from Thursday to Sunday.

I am sure it is highly mature to try to lock this topics.

Note taken. Condolences to his family. Rest in peace, Mr Goh Keng Swee.

Is it mature or immature to lock this topic?

Quote from the strait times.....from the late Dr Goh KS.

back than folks give more credits to Singaporean than now......

"We must not underestimate the ability of Singaporeans to think for themselves and come to their own judgement. "

I agree with him to a certain extent.

i notice that while we are having State funeral there is also Navy open house on Sunday?

I don't know if the sorber state memorial of Dr GohKS match the relax and welcoming atmosphere of the Navy open house ? Talk about how much we respect our National ceremonial events.....

We are not a big country so maybe a sail pass by the Navy frigate would be appropriate.....
