Yep, it's true, paid mine recently (RM150) thru AXS for speeding
at NS Highway in Jan this year. I remembered I was not stopped at
all along the way, it must the hidden camera's job. In this manner,
you may receive summon even if you did not speed... mm... ya la,
maybe the Msia TP will show you picture proof when you ask for
one.
So all drivers going up north pls be careful. Unless you don't mind
contributing to their coffer. 
I only knew the summon when I sold my old car. The 2nd-hand car
dealer asked me to settle the bill. Ok lor, so that he won't haunt
me if i didn't pay up...
