The fundamental problems lies not so much of bringing in
Young Blood but in an established organization such as
Pap. Most likely they end up recruiting candidates with
shared core value and principles. They view alternative values or
views as antagonizing will ignore those candidates....Those who
speak up in the party will be hammered down.
So the outcome of this new blood is none other than
ensuring the same party messages. It has nothing to
do with Singtown or people interest.
Who would the KKK recruit?
Who would the Communist recruit?
For that matter, who would the WP recruit?
Also now how would Mr Chiam See Tong recruit?
The PAP is doing nothing out of the ordinary.
The other political parties would do well to learn from the
PAP.
