huh? after NTUC chief ah Lim said so much, u still dunno how to measure productivity ar??? Cheap...anything that is cheap is productivity,... Better, anything that is cheap and better is productivity, and finally faster, anything that can be done cheap, better and also fast is productivity.

So now you measure yourself first, set your base standard and than see whether u can be cheaper, better and faster, try it, take your measurement in about a week time.

I told my gals/hostesses to be productive too, they must offer cheaper rate to customer, give better service, and try to faster faster finish them off, so that you can take the money fast fast and also squeeze in enuf time for another customer. It works, they are very happy.
