When people bought a resale flat at a high price, they will
renovate it, they will also buy furnitures, get an interior design
to decorate it, property agents will also earn higher commission,
bank will loan more money out and earn more interest leading to
bank worker getting more paid and bonuses..etc etc etc...so when
all these people earn more money, they will spend more, property
agents getting rich will dine at restuarant with their families,
drink at pubs, furniture shop workers and bosses being richer will
spend on travelling, buying cars etc etc etc...all these stimulate
the economy moving and job creation.
New couples go buy resale flat for what...???? must damn stupid
lor. New couples are alway given the priorty on New nice flats at
origin price, after 5 years, can sell and make money lor. I was
thinking of going to find a guy, with no love, together we go
Registry of Marriage and register, then we go and apply a big HDB
house, then rent it out for 5 years, then sell it away as resale,
sure to earn lots of money. After that, both of us file for divorce
and life goes on. So, there is loophole in gaining from buying HDB
flat. Be smart ya...so..eh...which guy want to marry me??? old old
also never mind lah. Just for namesake only.
Why must people buy at a high price then will
go and renovate & buy furniture? Buy at low
price won't they spend even more to renovate and have more to
spend after that? Some people earn more some others must
be losing more, come on.
For people like you maybe you can carrry out your plan because
you do not need the flat and can buy it for investment with
some mock husband. But for many couples, that is the only home
they can afford and if they sell it, they no need to buy
another one to live? It will probably be hard for them to
ballot a new flat again so go where to buy another cheap
flat to live? You sell so high you think got goondo is selling
low for you to buy?
Some people migh profit a little from selling their flats
but they will almost certainly lose in some intangible area, like
living with parents again, or shifting to a damn ulu place. Is that
good? Really up to individuals.
