my side also increase but only by $4. so still managable
i remember that last year, there were 4 months that i only paid
50% of the conservancy charges, so that more than made up for the
increase this time. :p
now everything is increasng, so i think increasing by $4
is reasonable .
ya, you paid 50%, and they give only 50% of the service to your
block, actually it can be better.
