when opposition wins, as i said, there will be a period of
struggling before thing settle in, that will takes about 10 to 15
years, and in that period, our economy and society may go back 15
years while the govt struggle for power and control. Eventually,
one of them will be on top, and that guy or gal will still have to
start an ISD dept, a income tax dept, a Gst depts, a court, a
billing dept....same same as now, and it he may impose more money
taking rules to build back this country, then we will be worst off,
hope you all understand and treasure the peace we had now...
i totally understand your sentiments, because i share a lot of it
too.
but that's part of the PAP's mechanism working isn't it? you've
been fed this thinking. that lightning is friendly and hammer is
unpredictability. singapore's strong enough not to collapse just
because of a change in government.
