If you go to KK emergency ward, you have to pay $70 (I forget
the amount) first before they give u number to go inside.
Should be money first, cure you later.
no lah, in emergency, you go first, even without paying anything,
as what PM said, no one will be left without medical care, no one
will be left dying on the street unless one choose to, our medical
insitutions will alway abide to the Medicate Board of Singapore
first rule, to cure first, talk later.
If you go KK and said that you cannot afford the initial
payment, which you have yet to try, they will still take you in,
but of course you dun expect top surgeon and top ward to be offer
to you ya. Because of the concept of Pay and Pay cultivated among
Singaporeans themselves, Singaporeans tends to want to pay for
everything, it can be they are rich or simply like to pay first. So
whenever a counter staff said, pay this and that, they seldom
question it, they blur blur pay for it. You have your right to pay
later, try it, they will still admit your lovesones.
