he is one of the most useless guy in the minister corp....I
was so over this guy back in 1993.
He was the minister who on the one hand allow private
vendors to operate bus and on the other hand
created strict rules for private operators bus that make
it impossible for private operators to work.
He when to visit APEC in Singapore and commented
on office space as compare to someone would comment on
something more intelligent on working relationship with APEC
countries.
i could go on and on.....but only glad that we
finally send him off.
