40s. In another 20 to 30 years, they will be in their 50s and 60s,
then what import another 2-4 million from third world
countries.
The heart of the problem lies with their policies, yet they find
external sources of solution for this simple problem. 
Very soon, Singapore will have a population of 10 million.
Soon Singaporeans will have to be only 4 ft tall to fit into
those midget size apartments.
