SPUR is good, and it really had helped many, i send my local
singaporeans staff there for training, i dun have to pay a single
cents, not even their salary, and they love it, cos i heard they
are paid $10/hr of training, better than what i pay them, and yet
they are still employed under us and when finished their courses,
you can see the different in them, some local Uncles employed, now
can speak good english, good manner and also can use the computer,
good for our service industry.
