it is of no coincidence that old HDB estates such as Toa Payoh,
Ang Mo Kio, Tiong Bahru, Clementi etc are currently the most
valuable ones.
The value of these old HDB estates was built up slowly over the
many years by the PAP government who invested consistently into the
upkeeping, transport infrastructure, sports and recreation etc.
Visit any of these old estates and you will find that they
are quite liveable, clean and well maintained.
The government did not forget the people.
