Father used to tell me that those S xxxx CD = "Singapore, Car of
Diplomat" or something like that.
I'd suppose with their "diplomatic immunity" status, they can do
almost anything short of murder - park anywhere, drive anyhow.
Orchard Road sometimes see them park anyhow on double yellow lines
or even those newer jagged lines, never once see them kena summon
(or tow).
