brake dust turns your rims black very fast. u'll have to keep washing and washing since for white rims, even a bit of dust is very obvious.

Actually how is the condition of the car body? Is it starting to rust? If yes, give urself te excuse to change the whole colour of the car..... Wink Wink

I like the suggestions given here.
The idea of a car with blue body colour and gold rims is certainly a tantalizing one. It reminds me of the Subaru Impreza. However, I don't think I will change the body colour of my car (i.e. uzut green) as it is too costly to do so (close to a thousand dollars I think!).
I would rather add other colours to go with it.

I must admit that I have been thinking of spraying my rims gold in colour all this while to go with the car body's green colour.
However, I am not sure if I could do a good job at spraying.

Are there workshops which specialises in such spray painting of rims? How much ould it cost?
