That is the problem with welfare funds, in most white countries, welfare was given from the wealth of fund by colonisation of Asian Countries in the earlier 17th Century till end of the 19th Century. But this well is drying up soon, and now those who works had to pay nearly 1/2 of their paid to taxes just to support some hooligans who are lazy and trouble makers and yet got welfare money. So a normal worker would had ask himself, why should i work and end up someone taking my money while destroy the fabric of the society?? Might as well join them. By and large, these countries are going to face a major problem if they continue to give out welfare, it only encourage jobless, more troublemakers and lazy peoples.
