I don't have much feelings about PAP, just like they don't have
much feelings for the people.
I just want to get rid of them.
How does a govt expresses its feelings for the People?
Tell our PM, ministers and MM Lee to kiss more babies?
Tell them to walk into NTUC, pick up a cabbage and scold the
manager for selling it so expansively at 30cts?
Tell them to hold a meeting with CEO of Hyflux, throw their pen
at them and chastisize them to sign a deal to pay every employee a
minimum wage of $2000 per month?
etc, etc?
We Singaporeans are intelligent people, meaning in the sense
that all of us can read, write and think. We are above circus acts.
You want circus acts, just drop by the opposition club houses and
you will be entertained.
Our young being educated, our adults holding jobs, everyone at
peace protected by the army and civil security appartus and
honoring their pledge is not the result of magic, but the long
hours of slog by highly paid individuals whom are not sitting on
their butt, but cracking their heads to balance our society's
needs, as well as future needs.
This is more critical than circus acts, and done with people
whom are made up of your family, relatives and friends, and
mine.
Spare them a thought, before you even think to replace them with
who I dont know or even may not exist. There is no
perfection.....only flawed you and me and others to keep the
nation going.
