The wet market will move on as expected.

The most the MP can do is to delay SS from chasing the tenants and give them more time to get a new place which is no where else.

As for who cannot make it, there are a lot of them under the shadow of the 2nd generation team.

The point is the 3rd and 4th generation are selected accordance to their paper, polishing and obedience skills.

So, the expectations that you have imposed on them is unfair as they have pledged loyalty to their grand master instead of "making it".

"Making it" was never part of the job requirement.

The ability to organise meaningless events and to groom the "loyalty" team from the "new citizens" are the requirements.

When they started pricing everything - shop premise, wet market outlet, kiok according to market price thru' public tender, something has to give, sooner or later. The ultimate giver will be the smaller less profitable mom-and-pop shop, outlet or kiok.
