I read her post on the ST forum afew days back and I think she's
a whack job (just like our lionnoisy).
My family is an example of how HDB
policies have helped us improve our standard of living and how
gradual price increases have helped my family upgrade our housing
status.
Although we started out with a
small one-room flat, the price increases have helped our family
upgrade the size of our home.
The price of their 1 room HDB
flat increase and it helped her family upgrade the size of their
home?
Think they are trying to convince citizens that price increases
are good for you. 
The price of her 1 room HDB increased and I suppose that
all other HDB flats remain stagnant.
Old flat increase price, new flat also increase price ,
stupid.
