Container box condo:About Half of the units get windowless toilets?

I read a floor plan of this container box like condo.

There are 8 units on the floor and back to back.

Like u divide 1 container into 8 compartments.

The middle 4 units (not the 4 corner units) come with windowless toilets.

I mean all of the 2 WC in each unit is windowless!!

So,in each floor, there are 5 windowless toilets and 4 come with windows.

So,every time u do big business,u have to switch on ventilation fan and lights.

How can u clean the ventilation ducts?

Do u call green condo?

@@@@@@@@@

can it be designed better?

@@@@@@@@

have u seen windowless WC in HDB?I have not.

Now,u have to pay $900 psf for a no--window toilets condo.

How can u re--sell when buyer see the actual units?

This project do not provide show flat.Damn smart lah..

A windowless toilet for a noisy pussy is already a luxury - and is an environmental feature for the benefit of other residents that have no tolerance for the noise made by the pussy in the toilet.

HDB units are for humans and there are no pussies that make as much noise residing in the heartlands.

Why will a noisy pussy bother to look at condominiums ?

It should stuff its pussy into some mole hill and live in total bliss of a tight fit.

With the brilliance of a noisy pussy, perhaps it may eventually find some politics in a windowless toilet.
