What about the Filipinos and Burmese?
If they are official races, soon our CCs and govt schs will have
6 inscribed languages on their gate walls, instead of only the
current 4.
They would need to be citizens in the first place.
If they could work here long enough and draw a salary eligible
for being a citizen, i would think their English would be already
proficient enough.
