Conscript soldiers lack dedicationa nd motivation. Picture this, in an even war occurs, many will just drop their arms and surrender. They have no expereince in war and definetly lacking the hardness of exerienced combat veterans.

That's is not necessary true. Conscripts in Israel have been employed in combat against Hamas and Hezbollah. Conscripts in Germany are currently deployed in Afghanistan.

Your view about conscript is basically a reflection of your own cowardly attitude.

in south korea......their reservists dont even need to go for 3 or 4 weeks reservist trainings.....u go ask south korean guys and they will tell u reservist duty is only 1 week or just 5 days only!and they are technically still at war with north korea!they never signed any cease fire or anything!

it appears our top brass in the military hasnt gone out of his office for a long time and probably doesnt know whats happening in singapore but pretends and deceiving themselves that its the right thing!
