I would like to ask about NCB for car insurance. If there is a
deduction on NCB due to motor claims, is the deduction based on the
vehicle number or the NRIC of the person?
Which means, if there is a claim for a particular car and thus
affecting the NCB, will it affect the other owner's vehicle the
NCB?
