Temasek Holdings maybe a State owned financial
institutions except that the State does not interfere in TH's
policies and treat it as a PRIVATE Corporate matters.
Where did you get your idea that the State will interfere in
Temasek's policies ?
Did you ever think why the issues are happening the way it has
been happening - that no "foreign talents had never get a
strong hold on state corporation top seats" ?
Did you not notice that each time these foreign talents are
released from their position, they walk away with quite a few
millions of US Dollars ?
This alone is already resented by most Singaporeans except for
those who will look the other way and not talk about the stupidity
of the PAP leadership.
Where did you get your information from - that Temasek in
in the Red, and that Goodyear had initiated action plans "to
move Temasek out of the red" ?
If it was reported that Temasek management and Goodyear could
not agree on strategic issues - you must be hallucinating to
believe that the Jinx will continue to guide Goodyear's
"initiatives to it objectives".

sleep more than you lor, at least 9 to 10 hrs,...at nite, i work
only about from 8 to 3am only mah..7 hrs only, and just collect
money only. And i dun drink, i drink tea as brandy ok. And the most
funniest and likeable part is that you still reply me..i like
it!
Ok, personal business aside.
Ang mo are professionals, you cannot deny that, hiring and
firing for them is as simple as drinking water, there is nothing to
loose or sad about getting sack for fired, unlike we asian, who
really wants to keep the face, pride and reputation.
No doubt ang mo come with a high price tag, be it working or
leaving, they are sure to negiotate a retirement plan, bonuses and
service paid. But remember that Goodyears is not yet a confirm CEO
before 1 october, therefore i believe there will be no or little
compensation. And as professional as they are, they are sure to
stick by the silent period at this time of non disclosure and
confidential.
And please bear in mind, the return of my Aunty Ho, is not a
permanent basis, she is there temporary before the next CEO is
appointed, be it a local or foreigner, she shall relinquish her
position again. Such are the desparate situation in Temasek that
without her, it is hard to function.
During my Aunty departure period, most of her top subordinates
in temasek still working there with the same culture she created,
in fact, they still listen to her advices. So much so that temasek
do not allow these peoples to be changed by Goodyear can be a
blockage for Goodyear to manage his team who are not loyal to him.
And because of these people around Goodyear is unable to bring his
troops in to take over fully. This is a State investment Corp, not
some private corporation or conglomerates where a change of top
management occurs once a while whereby the whole team change
hand.

kiss goodbye to a badyear here.
