moonraider SG Possible for a Altis1.6 to beat a Honda Vtec/civic/SIR at the traffic light? Or have your encounter other brand of cars? Mitsubishi, Hyundai etc etc. Please share with us your glory and heroic moments??

simcity SG Wah lao...post this again. Altis cannot beat honda cars. U can try the ECT button, I doubt Altis can accelerate faster than honda cars. Anyway it's not glory nor heroic moments. What are you trying to prove, Moonraider?
[email protected] SG I drove my gf's dad's Hi-jet van!!! went for a little spin around the east area...i was feeling really fast travellin at a top speed of 55km/h and the speed indicator making the same sound like a cab's speed indicator (ting....ting....ting...) and tat stupid orange light at the top of the van flashing like an ambulance

B15 SG First time I'm blowing my horn here, but judging from the type of posts I read in the forum I feel better already I lead a Prelude all the way from Jurong Town Hall Rd to Lower Dealta on the AYE. The heroic thing is I drive an Ex-Saloon. yeah. You see the trick is to play. And play is to make a chicken out of him. He could have easily make me choke on his smoke. but i didnt let him. I suppose drivers here will understand what i'm trying to say. NO fancy breaking the sound barrier speed. Just a max of 145km.
[email protected] SG not quite the smart thing to do, but then... sunny's are pretty powerful. once we had something like 6 peeps squeezed into a sunny 1.6, managed to climb a near 40 degree slope. later saw a proton with 2 peeps inside trying and failing miserably. prob wore his clutch out attempting it too.
dansplace SG "..." I reserve my comments about protons.... Another heroic deed, I drove back last night (or rather this morning) after work at 2am and kept to the speed limit despite having no cars around!!! NOW.... beat THAT! hah!
johncooper SG _V_ Yeah man ... my granpups Sunny VIP can out run a SPORTY lookin Honda civic with a HUGE SiR bage and V-TEC badge when going up the Shears bridge ... well at first i though that the civic did not want to climb but i found out it was straining his gear trying to catch up with my .......... grandfather ..... *no offence civic drivers* just sometimes they pissed me off trying to strut their wheels at old people ....
