June is a month long school break - is LKY preparing a third
successive generation by taking his grandchildren to familiarize
themselves with Malayan politics and politicians ?
Otherwise, this trip will be another one of his "nosy" trips
that he believe will give him an intimate grasp of the Malayan
political climate in a quick one-week whirlwind spin across the
length and breadth of the Peninsular.
It is surprising that he will not meet with his alter ego in
ex-PM Mahathir.
As always i am surprise that it was not LHL who take the
"initiatives" on this road trip instead he needs papa to do
the dirty work. (probably his last anyway)
U miss the point about not meeting Mahathir... he....he
he did something even naughty.....he is meeting up with DAP.
which he had previously agreed not to talk to them.
But i guess, it sort of opening up the age
old topics about race and origin of our politics that
shaped SG and MY.
