The proposed change from
the Republican to a Federal form of government
in the Republic of the Philippines
is a " MUST " to ensure the immediate
access to investment of the
NORTHERN PHILIPPINES specially the countryside all throughout the
state.
Those who are against Federalism
are misguided by businessmen in the capital city Manila, because
they are against the movement of the capital
or investment from only ONE area
to the rest of the neglected poorer countryside.
