This is a typical case which the MP had lost touch with the ground and is really insensitive.

And this same group of MPs are paid crazy salary to look after the interests and well being of us. I really am disappointed.

jo, whether one is married or not has nothing to do with insensitivity. Once a person is in public service he or she should practise to be positively sensitive to the public. Unfortunately, we hardly meet such MPs.

haha u guys saw today's article abt this in the straits times? The report was carefully written. No mention about what Cynthia Phua did which antagonised the boy...nothing about her reporting to the police.

And there were reproaching remarks from Lim Hwee Hua, followed by another PAP branch secretary saying that the boy bought branded stuff and didn't need the money.
