I have a question that I like to ask you all about
Independence , for instance , Independent Auditor.
How is independence measured or assessed?
Is there 100% independence?
For purpose of discussion, lets use the example of external
audit.
1. why is external audit required?
2. How independent auditing is external audit when
a. Auditing firm runs a business.
b. A business that requires Revenue from its Customers aka the
firm being Audited.
c. There is a Relationship established: Client (company being
audited) -Server (auditor).
I am seeking an honest comment from you, if the above assumption
is true, how is Independence established ?
