Singaporeans have to face the reality that the competition for
job in Sg is now very keen.
Employers are all profit orientated, if they can save on salary,
they will do so.
Whether their employees are Singaporeans or foreigners is not
really matters.
Unskilled jobs are replaced by foreign workers and top jobs are
reserved for the foreign talents.
The economy downturn has made the situation even worst.
Face with such harsh competition, Singaporeans should do
something to help themselves get employed rather than pointing
fingers blaming others.
It is easier said than done, but if you dont do anything, you
have to prepare to remain unemployed for a long time.
