I like lionnoisy's list, it shows that Singapore is ahead of
Switzerland and Japan. 
But somehow looking at the living standards in Singapore, it's
very hard to justify.
How much does the common Swiss or Jap make in a year?
How much does the common Singaporean make in a year?
So what if the average Swiss and Japanese make tens of thousands
of dollars more than Singaporeans?
We have got $200 GST credits.
