Looking at the problems of unemployment and other malaise in the
system, based on the Efficiency Wage Theory, we should increase the
salaries of Ministers and top tier civil servants so that they can
be more efficient and productive. 
If I can be easily succumb to corruption, they will give me more
money so that I won't be corrupt.
If only all employers used the same rationale of the
PAP government, Singapore will be No.1 country in the world to do
business and live.

I have long advocated that ministers' salaries need to be
increased so that the country would not be the first asian country
to fall into a recession.
