u very funny, that is the phrase used. Saw this many times and someone used it here and I questioned him and he told me it is a phrase used to describe attention seeker. There is always a limit to everything. I have tried respecting her before but does not work. She is a spoilt brat who cannot be bothered about others.

sure, look at MRT and those food courts, business is so good, and me too, my pub also need to import foreign beers and employ more peoples so as to make them happier, so far as i see it, it created jobs for singaporeans too, and bring more business to SME business like mine. For sustainability, it is a matter of how much our small island can hold, not a matter of economy and politics and jealousy

It is therefore very important for the govt to syncronise the culture shock our fellow singaporeans is at time, suffering from influx of foreign talents. Many a time, i see the less graceful lots of foreign talents than a graceful one, not only to talents from PRC or Indian, even those from Europe and State.

My Dad said the real talented and well groomed ones are not here, we can only attract the 3rd or 4 tiers of the world talents, and these are usually drop out or just make it talents looking for a place to show their power and talents. Once you label a foreigner a talent, psychologically speaking, he stoods proud and look down on us or the old singaporeans, when he forget that these old peoples are the our nation builders. To them, as I spoke to some, it is a hit and run scenarios, they got nothing to loose but more to gain, given a job, a citizenship or PR status, they roamed singapore as tho they are the elite and most wanted.

Well, I do not blame them, afterall they are invited, and as invited guests, they assume to be well and better treated on a higher level.

As a foreigner, he/she tends to boost ego, same as when you go visit other countries, but at work there is nothing to be ego about, pyschologically, foreigners tends to behave in a egostic way in the public. That is naturally, imagine those high head indian can come and bluff me that their road is better than ours, and that all their cars are europe big cars,,,..well, i just watch and laugh at their funny booasting and ego character.

What is your objective here in the forum? If it's making the govt laugh at us for making this forum a joke and henceforth they do not take us seriously, then you have succeeded in your cause.

There are 2 types of opposition. Those that serve their cause (by ranting without logic, or resorting to nasty remarks), and those that they take seriously.

I am not at the latter type yet, but I sure don't want to be Type 1, serving their cause.
