understand jalan chempaka kuning's lane is quite narrow, so if the
resident has got 2 cars, 1 inside and u park ur car outside,where
else is he going to park?
it's because i cannot find lot there i exit the carpark before
the free 10mins up park outside....
he can park 1 inside and park 1 outside for all we care. but the
owning-the-road attitude has to go wor. next time call police okay.
