to those who keep on criticizing the way Singapore is currently
being 'run', tell me then what YOUR 'solution' is to 'fixing'
Singapore.
IF you were given the opportunity to run the country, how then will
you do it.
Have a small government that is
constantly helping private enterprises thrive instead of having a
government that is competing with the private sector, for one, and
or privatising government and government linked enterprises fully
by say, distributing the shares of these comnpanies to all and
every Singaporean.
Leaving the money and resources in
the hands of the people instead of taking as much as possible from
them so that the entreprenuers can get their hands on the money
through business enterprises and build conglomerates.
Stop gambling public money in
foreign enterprises and use some of the money to build Singapore
owned enterprises and then... see paragraph one.
No prime minister can serve more
than two terms. This is to ensure that cronyism and despotism does
not creep into the system.
