A Regining gang will always try to remain the top gang for power
and control and tries to wipe out other gangs or individuals it
encounters ala "The Godfather" style.
But it wants people similar to itself, to join it instead of
other gangs so that it will always be the top gang.
Far beyond me , a non international student and a corporal
to correct you, but i do believe the correct spelling is
Reigning.
And by its very nature, all gangs want to be dominant.
