Hi. I was actually looking for help on writing a plea letter for a friend.

He was helping out on the funeral and got a ticket (san ban) on his "red" car on the last day (which was last Thu) of the funeral.

Heard from him that it is $10000 and he needs to go to court.

We are trying to write a plea letter to help him but have no clue how to starts.

We were thinking of getting from a lawyer.

Is there anyone that can help or advise us on this plea letter?

That will depend on what you did - with your car that is.

should be driving without displaying OPC coupons during restricted hours and the fine should be 8k
