3 years will be fast. other than china, i think all other countries aiming for 3 years. some more ambitious one will aim for 1 or 2 years, but see what happens...

usualy aim for more, so if recover faster, look more seh, recover later, not too bad..

Exports / housing sale / GDP growth ?

Countries / Region ?

All these statistics comes at different timing. By the the time all these statistic is green, its actually just a reconfirmation which means once again its on highnsight.

in the worse case scenerio, even if the economy recover it will be dogged by protectionism. In that case, singapore will even take longer time to recover. singapore thrive on globalisation, protectionsim will hurt singapore.

Our financial sector will probably need 5yr or decades to recover. So those days where lotsa expats pump up rental and private property prices days are probably gone forever.
