if a car traveling at 90km/hr on lane 1 isnt consider as road
hogging, he is traveling well within the speed limit....
at best he is just an inconsiderate driver.... coz he didnt let
a fellow road user break the law when they want to.....
u high beam him on ur part is oso rude.
he jam brake on u and if u crash into him.... is coz u follow to
close, so if that happen... oso ur fault.....
so all in all... an arsehole calling another arsehole,

expressway....
