Insurance will be quite hefty esp base on your age & the
driving experience. Very easily > $2.1k. One option is to
register the car with your experience family member. However if you
are keen of owning a vehical, you'll need to start from some
where.
Whether getting a old or new, individual likes lah. Maybe touch
wood (suay) gotten one with lots of trouble 2nd hand. However, new
car need to pay slightly more. Your budget, hmm.. looks like only
Chevrolet ot Suzuki Ignis will fit in for new car.
Go shopping around, test drive & make a wise choice after much
thought. Most important, don't get presurized by those Car Sales
Man.
My opinion. No hard rules to follow.
