Maybe the gabrahment should set up a council to remind these new citizens and PR to give up their sons' PR and citizenship when they reach the age of enlistment,send them overseas for a quality education,then write in to the ST forum why they are not allowed to come back without facing a penalty or jail term when they(the parents) have been paying taxes and contributing to SG's growth.

It wouldn't be nice to offend such valuable talents that they went through all that effort to attract.
